Humor me...post anyway. I don't know anything about you besides the fact that you've been here for a long time.

Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm going to be 18 in a few weeks, which I'm sort of dreading, because, to be quite honest, I think I may have a bit of a peter pan complex (among some other complexes. I'm kind of complex). I don't act like a child, I'm just kind of afraid of growing old. I am in a concrete slab of a city, full of nightclubs, drugs, beaches, and Cuban restaurants, with Spanish billboards that I can barely understand, and Spanish people that I can understand even less. I am currently making a living typing numbers, and fixing other people's mistakes, but only part time. My dreams and goals for the future are to somehow get somewhere I like, while doing something I like, and to love, live, and be satisfied. Now I'll go. I'm Gina. I really really hate my username (not to mention it's a mouth full), so if you'd like, you can call me by my real name or the nickname I most commonly go by, Ender. I'm 20 (21 in May) and am currently taking a break from college. It's been almost two years since I decided to take time off to figure out what I wanted to do with my life. But, I finally saw the light and I'm going back to school in the fall to pursue a vet. tech. degree. Pretty much my only goal in life is to save/help animals in need. I've volunteered at my local animal shelter for the past three years and I've been volunteering at a vet clinic for the last 5 months or so. It's definitely the highlight of my week. I have 5 fuzzy terrors of my own though...2 dogs and 3 cats. Unfortunately, I live in an apartment with a no pet policy. Shh. I'm pretty antisocial and the other two loves of my life besides animals are probably books and movies. I read entirely too much and watch way too many movies. It can't be healthy. I currently live with my brother and my boyfriend of 2 years. It's a strange arrangement, but it works. Edit: Everyone's written more than me...so, I figured I'd add a few things. so cute...I will totally call you ender from now one. One of my fav. books. My name is Carie. I am 22. I am graduating this July with a BA in Christian Education (with a minor in history) I am currently trying to decide where to go to grad school, and have narrowed down my options to 3 schools, all very far away from all of my friends and family. I want to be a childrens minister when I grow up. I am an RA at my school, and that pretty much consumes all of my time that school and church doesnt. I love to sew, cook, bake, crochet, etc, and am called "susie homemaker" by people when they realize my...domestic hobbies. Post edited at 4:09 am on Feb. 27, 2008 by barnabas

Some of you guys may know me, some of you may not, but either way I have more power than you... ohhh burn! Just kidding... but anyways, My name is Rachel, and I am a 21 year old Elementary Education Major at Western Carolina University. I have about a year or so left of school, which is sort of weird because it feels like I just started college. I've been a member of LiveWire since June of 2003. I was 16 and a half when I joined and a Junior in Highschool. I've changed a lot since then. (Hint, its called growing up!) I like to think that I'm a nice person, and I promise I won't bite anyone's head off. I'm really relaxed yet bubbly at the same time (according to my friends). I'm not a party girl, unless its like a party of 5 and then I'm having fun. I prefer quality of friends over quantity. I can be a bit shy at first, but once you bust open my bubble, I'm really outgoing. I'll do anything for my friends or for anyone else for that matter. I have a heart for people and helping others. I guess its appropriate that I'm going to be teacher because I have big hopes and dreams to make a difference in someone's life. I LOVE movies and music. I have such a wide variety of likes too! I do NOT like country or rap. Well, it depends on the song, but the majority of stuff that I listen to is rock, oldies, and yes, movie scores. As far as movies go, I have a wide variety there as well. I have a long movie list, but I like Juno, LOTR, Pirates of the Caribbean 1-3, Harry Potter, Atonement, Sweeney Todd (And pretty much all Tim Burton stuff) 300, Little Miss Sunshine, X-men 1-3, Spiderman 1-3, Batman Begins, Deathproof, Mr. Brooks, Planet Terror, etc.... it goes on people. I thought I should also share that I love animals... a lot! My roommate has 2 bunnies in our dorm room. AHH! Don't tell! But I really miss my dogs and cats at home. I'm 3 and a half hours away from my family, well, minus my little sister who is now a freshman here at WCU too. (Yall may remember her... Narcissistic07) I work at an animal hospital when I'm home during breaks at school. I can be highly emotional at times. I guess I really should say empathetic. I don't like seeing others hurt, and I feel like I need to be the one to comfort others in a time of need. I'm a Christian, and I know in today's world that can be a touchy thing. I actually prefer to be called a follower of Christ because I know of many "christians" That try to claim the Lord with their lips yet deny him with their actions. God is beyond our own conception and what little we can grasp will never do justice to the beauty, magnitude, and endless love He has. I grew up in the Southern Baptist church back home. I still love my church family, but since going to college I have found a new Christian home with this ministry called TwentyFour-7. Its a church that is run out of a family's house near campus. Their oldest daughter goes to school here with me, and her name is Kansas (cool name, I know). Rebecca and Tim, the leaders of the church (And Kansas' parents) Are so amazing.... they were pretty much ex-hippies back in the day. They open up their home to us college students and feed us doughnuts and let us sip on coffee. We sit around, read God's word, and tell everyone what we got out of it, or someone teaches a lesson. Its not religion shoved down your throat, but God's love opened up into a full embrace. This family and church has really meant a lot to me and has helped me grow with my walk with the Lord. I'm also in the Christian Sorority on campus. Its a lot different than my TwentyFour-7 church, but its still amazing none the less. It's called Sigma Alpha Omega. :) So thats me... well, part of me anyway. I'm more interesting and fun in person. ;) Thanks for reading this... haha it's long! AHH!

Hey. I don't have a name. I'm 16 and a junior in high school. Unfortunately IB stole my soul so my only occupation is a student. My future studies are unclear and when I go to college I'd like to major in either mathematics, design, or linguistics. I really wish I could be more involved with art than I am and pursue that as a career option, but I might be happy without.... Since switching to this school I have had almost zero social life "outside of school" besides instant messenger and phone (and livewire but ehhhh that's different). I'm not happy with that fact, but I really think it's too much effort for me to try and for the most part I'm fine being alone as much as I am. I play soccer on a rec team in the fall and track on the school team in the spring. I've been on the same soccer team since 3rd grade and I think every part of it is awesome. This fall will be our last year, so I'll be sad to leave those guys and well, we'd better get to state. And while I don't have quite the bond with my track team, we did really well last year and I think this year will be even better. I'm a sprinter...and the season just started, so yeah... I live in a city in western Washington of a population greater than Olympia but less than Seattle. All my life I've lived in the same city, in the same house, and with the same mother, father, and sister. I love my neighborhood, my city, and the region overall. And ummm, I think all my goals are private. I don't think about goals much anyways, they're subconscious.... Post edited at 2:39 pm on Mar. 8, 2008 by hithere

I'm Jenny, I'm really bored at 12:50am, so I am writing this right now. I'm 24, my birthday is on National Hugging Day. I collect Pez. Currently I am a Junior Associate Manager at Charlotte-Russe, and I love my job, especially when it involves sorting out new accessories. :) I have zebra print shoes. I love to travel. My favorite foods tend to be buttered toast, sushi, pasta (I love me some fettuccine alfredo!), and fruit roll ups. I don't have much idea what I want to do in my life, as I lack a lot of motivation. Currently retail management is treating me well, an perhaps I'd like to stick with that for the time being. I love working with people, and that's probably why I've stuck with LiveWire for so many years (joined Dec. 2002). It helps me fulfill a part of my life that I feel like I cannot do in other ways. Let's see...I'm not sure what else to say. I really enjoy grammar, especially when it is correct. I enjoy reading, although I don't get to do it nearly enough. Oh, I bake a lot, and I feel like I'm decent at it (as most of you who have seen my IB pictures can attest to). Some people have mentioned that I should work at a bakery, but I am neither sure how to get started nor know if I'd even enjoy it. I also want to get a tattoo...one of these days.
------- So when you're happy (Hurray!), or sad (Aw!), Or frightened (Eeek!), or mad (Rats!) An interjection starts a sentence right.

Hey, I am Lisa, 20 years old studying Politics at Queen Mary University of London. Love living in London although I feel I don't get out an experience it enough between having too many essays and too little money. Originally from Newcastle which is an awesome place and I'm very proud of being a Geordie. I'm a member of the NYT and theatre really is my great love, I try to see as many plays as possible and am really trying to get back into acting with little luck. I like chilling with my friends, I loe Top Gear, Spooks, House, Sex and the City and Will and Grace. I love Daniel Craig. I love my family especially my momma and my grandparents. I reheaaaaaallly want to live in NYC, and be and actor, but I know I will probably end up living in Newcastle and being a Civil servant of some type.
